County Camp – Carnival Camporee 2027

A few months back, we shared a ‘save the date’ for our County Carnival Camporee, taking place from Friday 30th April to Monday 2nd May 2027 at Linnet Clough Scout Camp.

This will be our first County Camp on this scale since 2014, and the first ever to include all six sections – from Squirrels to Network! It promises to be a truly memorable celebration of Scouting across our County.

There will be limited tickets available when they go on sale in 2026, but for now, find out below how you can get involved.

Volunteering Opportunities

Events of this scale rely on a fantastic team of volunteers to plan, deliver, and create an unforgettable experience for our young people. This includes an exciting opportunity for Network members to complete their King Scout Award residential over the weekend too.

We have a range of exciting roles available — whether you’d like to support behind the scenes, lead activities, or help run a sub-camp, there’s something for everyone.
