Celebrating Greg Archer MBE

Greg has been a Scout volunteer since 1994 straight from being a youth member.

He has been an integral part of the County Leadership Team for many years. His current role is our Support Team Leader, previously Deputy County Commissioner and has held other keys roles in the team.

Greg’s passion has always been on supporting our volunteers to deliver Scouting to our young people.

He continues to support his childhood Group, 100th Salford, particularly their fundraising efforts with the Santa’s Sleigh. He was previously their Group Scout Leader and involved in running sections for many years. Greg also volunteers as a team member and trustee at Bispham Hall Scout Estate.

Greg’s contribution to Scouts, to supporting volunteers and the young people in our communities is outstanding!

THANK YOU from everyone in our County for everything you do!
